Do You Get Extra Time on the Algebra 1 EOC if You Have an IEP?
Every student gets extra time on the Algebra 1 EOC regardless of whether they have an IEP or not. The Algebra 1 EOC is administered as one 160 minute session with a short break after the first 80 minutes. If a student needs more time after the 160 minutes, then they are allowed to continue working for the length of a typical school day.
