I have dedicated the majority of my adult life to helping students not only learn Algebra, but gain confidence in their math abilities. When I was young I struggled in math. It just didn't make sense. In 11th grade I had an amazing Algebra teacher and it was like someone turned the lights on in my brain. Math suddenly made sense. I even went on to graduate college with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
So, I know what it's like to struggle in math and that's why after 7 years as an Electrical Engineer I decided to change careers and become a math teacher.
